Wonderful staff & Great Veterans Day ride. The route was just right for the day. I wish they had different food afterwards,  but that was my opinion.  Also, more stock that pertains to the leisure rider would be great.  But really enjoyed the experience .

I went today for the 1st Annual Chili Cook off and could not been happier to meet this amazing group of people. They are very knowledgeable and just an all around wonderful group. Aimee in Sales is a superstar and she made our buying experience such a pleasant one.  From initial engagement to the day of shipment, she was professional and on top of the process.  Also, Taylor in Parts and Accessories, was enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with.  We can't say enough about Freedom Powersports and the attitude and quality experience they put forth for their customers.  These folks "get it"!!

I have always been greeted with a smile and great friendly service from  every department in the store. the sales department is full of great people with a lot of knowledge to get you what you need, not to just sale you something. the service department has very professional technicians that are great at what they do! if you have a problem they have the knowledge to solve it. the parts department has always been able to get me what I needed. they are not only full of information on older units but always up to date on new products for you and your ride!

Bought a new side by side this past weekend from Jordan, and cannot say enough about how helpful he was and how smooth the purchase process went. Jordan went above and beyond to find what I wanted and make sure any questions I had were thoroughly answered. My YXZ 1000R was delivered promptly from another location and official delivery was a breeze. Matt in finance made sure the paperwork process was handled quickly and efficiently as well, the products we added to our purchase were easy and benefits of said products were explained in depth prior to the official signing of paperwork. Jordan spent a lot of time with me, keeping me posted on new and used inventory he thought matched what I was looking for, and never pressuring me while I considered this major purchase. He’s patient and knowledgeable and was fun to work with. Everyone I dealt with at Freedom PowerSports in Hurst was fun to work with and made me feel top boss apple sauce.

I've bought 3 motorcycles from freedom and I have to say the customer service is top notch these guys are very professional but not overboard with it which is nice to be able to joke around whilst making purchases. Also if you get an opportunity to do a demo days I would highly recommend it at this store they will take care of you. Go see the dude Shane Strickland he'll take care of ya!

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out with 2 brand new jet skis, the employees here (Amy, James, and Bobby) were fantastic. They truly made me and my significant other feel at home and at ease. They were great from really informing us on all the jet skis and their accessories. I have purchased 10+ vehicles in my life time and have always had a terrible gut feeling about the purchase but after buying my jet skis here, these guys truly looked out for us even staying late for us when he had to retrieve the key at my house for the trailer hook ( I accidentally forgot it). We walked in to just look but were wowed by their expertise and bonding. We are definitely going to purchase from them in the future. Even have me thinking of getting that long time ATV from them! Every one please go in and at least give them a chance to earn your business because you will not regret it and I don’t every day. Remember this place is a smaller place, and you matter to them and aren’t just a sale.  From looking to financing it was easy with them. Thank you guys for truly showing amazing customer service!

These guys are honest as the day is long. Bobby was right on top of my transaction and I bought from out of state, I've never been to their store. He helped with delivery and when I had an issue after it arrived (there was no way they could have foreseen) they made it right immediately. I highly recommend these guys - and Amy too!

Took my Gold Wing in to get the tires changed.  They got to work right away and did a great job for a fair price.  They gave me factual information about the condition of my bike.  I am very impressed with the professional service I received.  They put all the nuts and bolts back!

I could not say more about this place they have been awesome especially in the service department. Since I have found out what was really wrong with my sport bike when I rode it up there after riding it and my boy who was working on it told me nothin was wrong and it was just a spark plug replaced needed . Took it Friday of last month and saw they were closing but this guy walked out and said he would be back to come talk to me . His name was Zariah Martin and since then he has taken care of my baby and has really worked with me on the paying too . This place is the best service I have had in some years and will only take my bike to them from now on ..

Last week I got my very first Can-am spyder. It was a used one 2015 year model. But so far I love it. The sales people were just outstanding. The service manger was great as well in answering my problems. The one problem that I found after I got it home was the seat. But the people jumped right onto it after I told them the problem I was having. If you are looking to get a ATV or Motorcycle then check these guys out. You will walk away with a new toy and a smile on your face.

In the process of getting my first bike. My cousin who is an experienced rider took me to Freedom Powersports and I very glad he did. Staff was relaxed and allowed us to look, sit, and talk in peace only checking up on us occasionally. We have gone to a number of other places and we're turned off by the constant interference from salesman telling us they're opinions and adventure stories. One place told me as a completely new rider to get a Kawasaki 636 that had been modified. After we left my cousin said they just wanted it gone and I'd likely kill myself had I bought it. Just got home after purchasing a 2019 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT here at Freedom in Canton.  The service was GREAT, from Kaitlin’s knowledge and professionalism in sales to Will and Melissa's help in the financing department.  They didn't have the bike on the property, but were able to locate what I wanted and have it here in one day!  I bought new tires here last week for my sport bike, so I can vouch for the service department as well.  Overall, a very positive experience- start to finish!  Thank you!

Ive bought 2 bikes from freedom power sports and both experiences were excellent. They go above and beyond on meeting the customer's needs. Both Jeremy and Will were extremely helpful with finding the right bike and paying for it. There's enough room in the showroom to not feel claustrophobic and not too empty, the atmosphere was perfect there. I live about 2 hours away and it was well worth the drive/ride. I'll definitely go back when im ready for a new bike.

I had an amazing experience here. Ruben in Sales, Nick in Service, and Harry as the lead technician, all came in today to help me with my Spyder. I had purchased that elsewhere but they totally made me feel at home, especially on a weekend (I am sure they had all their appointments full but took a walk-in, irrespective). Will recommend this dealership to anyone who needs to buy, service their 2/3 wheeler.

Great staff! Great experience! They installed  a winch on my 19 Sportsman High Lifter Ed. and now having problems with that, but trust they will make it right. Will update afterwards as well. 
   OK, They replaced a defective winch and all is well now. Also got the first 25 hours service done. The Service Dept. is great, and they get it done in there and that lets me get it done out here!

Browsing experience was pretty good. We didn't get hounded by sales reps.

Very, very knowledgeable person you have in Patrick! We were initially greeted by a gentleman who honestly was quite offputting and had no time to answer questions that we had about Honda Metropolitan mopeds and the ruckus. To the point that he did not have time to get a key and show us features such as opening the seat compartment.  Patrick spent a ton of time with us answering questions and providing information that we did not even ask. Because of that, when we are ready to make a purchase we will return and make our purchase specifically with him.

After doing a lot of shopping around for jet ski's I ended up at Freedom Powersports Fort Worth and let's just say I ended up leaving there purchasing 2 of them!! My salesman Brandon was so helpful and made sure I got everything I was looking for and made it such a great experience! We walked in just to “look around” Shelby immediately greeted us with a big smile and hand shake. She took the time to listen to our needs matched us up with our ATV.  Shelby introduced us to the Manager, parts and service team members during our visit; all where professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When we meet with the Manager we knew why the the team was friendly and knowledgeable he genuinely cares about each one of his customers and team members. If they were unable to answer a question he was right there to help. Shelby is a very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable team member which made our purchase experience easy and fun!

I had the most pleasant encounter ever at a dealership. The spirit lead me directly to Chris. He greeted us with a big smile and an awesome attitude. He was was very helpful, easy to talk to and quite honest. He made us feel like a part of their family there at Freedom. Everyone conducted themselves as. Outstanding team. The sales manager Deejay was outstanding. Very easy to talk to, straight up, knowledgeable and very helpful. I can go on and on about the team there. I would recommend any that's interested in buying a toy to go there. The team is willing to do everything in their power to send you on your way with some new wheels.
